Overview
In 2018 a new second location was established in Figtree. This second location is not only a general hospital like Yallah but offers Rehabilitation services under the brand name Illawarra Animal Rehabilitation. These services were previously not available in the Illawarra Region.
Illawarra Animal Hospital has also grown due to a caring, knowledgeable and friendly team of Vets and Nurses ready to help you today and everyday.
The team has lots of enthusiasm, fresh ideas and some of the latest gadgets available in veterinary equipment. Our hospitals have been purpose built with many features aimed at making your visit easier and our patients that much more comfortable. It ’s the little things that make a big difference!
We are not a public company but instead we are a local family based business. We consider our clients as family members and our patients, we show care as if they were our own.

Caring understanding staff. They will take care of your pet
I’d rate them 10 stars if I could! We’ve bought all of our dogs here, including a litter of 8 pups, and the staff having been so amazing - from the front desk to all the vets. We never feel pushed for extras, they explain everything and give us a choice, often saving us time and money. Highly recommend!
The Team assisted me with a late night emergency and I am so thankful I chose IAH. The vet made me feel at ease and did the very best for my little girl who has woken up feeling a million bucks today. Thank you for all of your help and dedication team!
