Matilda, originally from Sweden, first travelled to New Zealand in 2006 when she fell in love with Kiwi man. She moved permanently to NZ in 2013 and graduated from Massey University in 2019.

Matilda started her career at a Veterinary Hospital in Rotorua, before joining the team at Bayfair and Papamoa Vets. She was always drawn to the profession because it lets her combine her interests in medicine with her love for animals.

In her spare time, Matilda enjoys taking part in outdoor activities as well as arts and crafts. She loves spending time with her family including a toddler, a German Pointer, and two cats.
