I wanted to thank the team at Vetwest Whitfords, for the care and compassion shown in treating my dog. Seeing us with no notice, diagnosing and completing a major surgery all in the same day meant she wasn’t in any unnecessary discomfort. The follow up calls and care showed we were more than just a number and it was appreciated.

Absolutely the best veterinary experience I have ever had. The blonde nurse on Tuesday (I think karis?) was a real gem, she quickly squeezed me in for a nurse appointment even though I came in very last minute. Truly couldn't ask for a more caring and thoughtful person to provide this experience. Will definitely return, thank you so much :)

Dr Rachael was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, carefully and thoroughly examined our dog, explained the condition and treatment options and gave us time to discuss the process. The vet nurses are also exceptional and they walked is through the interaction with kindness and patience, showing us the correct way to clean our pet's ears, offering a towel to keep the seat of our car clean and ensuring that we were informed at all times. There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff at Vetwest Whitfords are.
