Ive been with Vet west over 10 years now and they always have provided excellent care. They have been under Dr Kate and Dr Marie's care and they do not disappoint. had to rush with lulu recently due to an abscess and nurses Charlotte and Kate were amazing. prompt care from Dr Marie who were so kind to look at her without an appt. These ladies are the best. thank you from Lulu and Leo.

We went to this vet as our usual vet is starting to charge too much for my elderly dog to have her nails clipped. We are so glad we've tried this place because we found the vibe to be very friendly. The nurse who did the clipping was so sweet with both our dogs (the other dog came for moral support!), nice and quick and professional. She understood that our little dog was very anxious and we appreciated her kindness and patience. We really liked the layout of the place too...cats on one side, dogs on the other! The receptionist was very friendly and it was easy to tell everyone genuinely loves animals.

5 months ago I acquired a beautiful, naughty liveable kitten. Vetwest have taken care of her since the begin and last week she had a procedure done. Care and recovery great and a little concern 3 days later was alleviated on the spot with a check-up. The staff are wonderful and caring and she has them under her spell.
