"Even though they were busy, they managed to fit my cat in for an emergency evaluation of an infected wound. I was sitting on the floor with my cat in the cat room (cat was stressed and in pain) and when the vet came in, they joined me on the floor for the consultation to reduce the stress on my cat. Amazing people."
