Winter Health Check Campaign

This promotion is offered by Vetpartners Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 114 962 453) in respect of participating clinics in Australia, and VetPartners New Zealand Limited (NZCN 6069569) in respect of participating clinics in New Zealand (together, VetPartners). Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Promotion Offer

This promotion runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

The offer entitles eligible clients to $20 off a Winter Health Check consultation at a participating VetPartners clinic. References in these Terms and Conditions to $20 mean A$20 at participating clinics in Australia and NZ$20 at participating clinics in New Zealand.

The Winter Health Check is a standard consultation with a specific focus on joint health and mobility.

  1. Participating Clinics

This promotion is available at participating VetPartners clinics in Australia and New Zealand only. A current list of participating clinics is available on the Best for Pet website.

  1. Eligibility
  • The offer is available to new and existing VetPartners clinic clients.
  • The offer applies to dogs and cats aged 7 years and over.
  • One discount per pet, per promotion period.
  • The offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer, including staff discounts.
  • Best for Pet Wellness Plan members whose plan includes a wellness consultation are not eligible for the $20 discount but are encouraged to book their included check during this period.
  1. Redemption Details
  • To redeem the offer, book a Winter Health Check at a participating clinic during the promotion period, either online via the clinic’s booking engine (appointment type: “Winter Health Check”) or by calling the clinic directly.
  • The $20 discount will be applied at the time of payment at the participating clinic.
  • The offer applies to the consultation fee only. Additional fees will apply for any recommended diagnostics, treatments, or services outside the Winter Health Check.
  • Appointments must be booked and attended within the promotion period of 1–31 July 2026. Appointments are subject to availability.
  1. Additional Terms
  • This offer is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  • VetPartners reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer in the event of suspected misuse or fraud.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand clients, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with VetPartners’ Privacy Policy, available at vetpartners.com.au/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for New Zealand clients, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

  1. Right to Amend

VetPartners may amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time. Any amendment, suspension or termination will not affect clients who have already booked a Winter Health Check at the time of the change. Any material changes will be communicated via participating clinics and VetPartners’ digital channels.
