Want to spoil your cat with something extra special? Whether it’s their birthday, a special milestone, or just because you adore them, these tuna and prawn catcakes are the purr-fect way to show your love.
Ingredients
- 2 tins of tuna, drained
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp shredded lactose free cheddar cheese
- 4 peeled, cooked prawns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Combine the tuna, flour, egg whites and cheese in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into a silicone muffin tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, decorate with prawns.
This recipe makes 2 full size cupcakes.
