Parasite Control Bundle
Participating VetPartners Clinics in SA, WA and VIC · Tuesday 1st 2026 – Wednesday 30th September 2026
Effective date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
This promotion is offered by VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 114 962 453) in respect of participating clinics in South Australia, Western Australia and select Victoria (VetPartners). Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Offer
This promotion runs from 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026.
Eligible clients who bring their dog or cat in for an Annual Vaccination appointment or a 6-Month Wellness Check appointment (full priced) at a participating clinic during the promotion period may purchase a 6-month parasite control pack for $50, as follows:
- Canine (above 2.6kg): a 6-month supply of Simparica Trio (weight-appropriate SKU, selected by the dispensing veterinarian or nurse).
- Feline (above 2.8kg): a 6-month supply of Bravecto Plus (weight-appropriate SKU, selected by the dispensing veterinarian or nurse).
This offer is not available in connection with any other type of consultation, including but not limited to consultations for acute or unplanned medical presentations (e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea, sudden lameness) or for the ongoing management of a chronic condition (e.g. endocrine, dermatological or orthopaedic conditions, or medication-review visits), regardless of whether parasite control is discussed or dispensed at that consultation.
The 6-month parasite control pack for $50 must be purchased at this visit. References to $50 mean A$50 at participating clinics.
Clients may be eligible for a further 6-month supply at their next eligible visit: see section 5(c).
2. Best for Pet Wellness Plan Members
Best for Pet Wellness Plan members are not required to pay separately for their annual vaccination or wellness check-up, as this is already included in their membership. Eligible Wellness Plan members instead receive 10% off the $50 pack price for the parasite control pack, applied at the time of payment. For Best for Pet Wellness Plan members, references in these Terms and Conditions to a full-priced Annual Vaccination appointment or 6-Month Wellness Check appointment include such a visit that is included in their active membership.
The client must hold an active Best for Pet Wellness Plan membership at the time the parasite control pack is dispensed to receive the member discount.
3. Participating Clinics
This promotion is available at participating VetPartners clinics in Western Australia, South Australia and Select Victorian clinics only.
4. Eligibility
- The offer is available to new and existing VetPartners clinic clients.
- The offer applies to dogs and cats only.
- The offer is available to a pet each time it attends an Annual Vaccination appointment or a 6-Month Wellness Check appointment (full priced) during the promotion period, and must be purchased at that same visit. A maximum of one parasite control pack may be purchased per pet, per eligible visit. Eligibility is determined by the booked appointment type.
- The product dispensed must be the weight-appropriate SKU for the pet, as determined by the dispensing veterinarian or nurse.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer, including staff discounts, other than the Best for Pet Wellness Plan member discount described in section 2.
- For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility under paragraph (c) applies as set out in the following table:

5. Redemption Details
- To redeem the offer, attend an Annual Vaccination appointment or a 6-Month Wellness Check appointment (full priced) at a participating clinic during the promotion period.
- The 6-month parasite control pack for $50 must be purchased at this same visit.
- Repeat offer: honoured at the client’s next eligible visit (Annual Vaccination or 6-Month Wellness Check), provided that visit was booked in-clinic during the promotional period. Not transferable. Where that rebooking is made during the promotion period, VetPartners will honour the $50 offer at that visit, regardless of whether the promotion period has since ended, unless the offer has already been withdrawn or amended in the relevant state or clinic under section 8 at the time the booking was made. The repeat offer is not available where the rebooking itself is made after the promotion period has ended.
- The parasite control pack will be dispensed in-clinic by the veterinarian or nurse at the time of the visit.
- The $50 pack price (or applicable member price) applies to the parasite control pack only. The cost of the visit itself, and any additional diagnostics, treatment, or other services, are separate, chargeable items.
- The visit and parasite control pack purchase must both be completed on the same day within the promotion period of 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026. Appointments are subject to availability.
- All dollar amounts are inclusive of GST.
6. Additional Terms
- This offer is available while stocks last. No rainchecks will be given.
- This offer is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
- VetPartners reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer in the event of suspected misuse or fraud.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with VetPartners’ Privacy Policy, available at vetpartners.com.au/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8. Right to Amend
VetPartners may amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, in whole or in part, including ending the promotion early at particular participating clinics or in particular states. Any amendment, suspension or termination will not affect clients who have already redeemed the offer at the time of the change, but no client has any entitlement to a further pack or repeat offer after the promotion ends or is withdrawn at their clinic unless they . Any material changes will be communicated via participating clinics digital channels.
