Dental Campaign — Say Ahhhh!

This promotion is offered by VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 114 962 453) in respect of participating clinics in Australia, and VetPartners New Zealand Limited (NZCN 6069569) in respect of participating clinics in New Zealand (together, VetPartners). Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Promotion Offer

This promotion runs from 1 August 2026 to 13 September 2026.

The promotion includes two components:

Free Dental Check

Eligible clients may book a free dental check at a participating VetPartners clinic during the promotion period. The free dental check will be performed by a registered veterinary nurse or veterinarian, subject to clinic availability. In Queensland, the free dental check must be performed by a veterinarian, as required by Queensland veterinary legislation. The free dental check is a basic visual oral examination only. It does not include dental radiographs, a full dental assessment, scale and polish, or any treatment, whether or not performed under anaesthetic. Any further diagnostics or treatment recommended following the check are separate, chargeable services, to which the discount below may apply.

Discount on dental procedures

Eligible clients who proceed with a dental procedure following their free dental check are entitled to a discount, applied at the time of payment, as follows:

  • Best for Pet Wellness Plan members: $250 off a dental procedure. The client must hold an active Best for Pet Wellness Plan membership at the time the dental procedure is performed.
  • Non-members: $100 off a dental procedure. Non-members are not eligible for the $250 Wellness Plan member discount. References to $100 mean A$100 at participating clinics in Australia and NZ$100 at participating clinics in New Zealand.
  1. Participating Clinics

This promotion is available at participating VetPartners clinics in Australia and New Zealand only. A current list of participating clinics is available on the Best for Pet website.

  1. Eligibility
  • The offer is available to new and existing VetPartners clinic clients.
  • The offer applies to dogs and cats only.
  • The free dental check and procedure discount are each available once per pet, per promotion period.
  • The discount applies once per pet, to a single dental procedure. Where a pet’s dental treatment is staged or carried out over more than one procedure or appointment, the entire course of treatment is treated as one dental procedure and the discount applies once only, to the first qualifying procedure.
  • The procedure discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer, including staff discounts.
  • Best for Pet Wellness Plan members are eligible for the $250 procedure discount only and are not eligible for the $100 non-member discount.
  • Non-members are not eligible for the $250 Wellness Plan member discount.
  1. Redemption Details
  • To redeem the free dental check, book an appointment at a participating clinic during the promotion period, either online via the clinic’s booking engine (appointment type: Free Dental Check) or by calling the clinic directly.
  • The procedure discount will be applied at the time of payment at the participating clinic.
  • The discount applies to the dental procedure fee only. Additional fees may apply for diagnostics, anaesthesia, medications, or other services outside the dental procedure. The discount is limited to the cost of the dental procedure. All dollar amounts are inclusive of GST.
  • Both the free dental check and the discounted dental procedure must be booked and completed within the promotion period of 1 August – 13 September 2026. Appointments are subject to availability.
  1. Additional Terms
  • This offer is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  • VetPartners reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer in the event of suspected misuse or fraud.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand clients, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with VetPartners’ Privacy Policy, available at vetpartners.com.au/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for New Zealand clients, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

  1. Right to Amend

VetPartners may amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time. Any amendment, suspension or termination will not affect clients who have already booked and attended a free dental check at the time of the change. Any material changes will be communicated via participating clinics and VetPartners’ digital channels.
