Overview

Since 1995, we have been providing general practice veterinary health care to the pets of Kallangur and surrounding suburbs Murrumba Downs, Griffin, North Lakes, Petrie, Dakabin and Kurwongbah.

We started out as Anzac Avenue Veterinary Surgery located only one kilometre from our present location. Throughout our name and location changing, we have continued to deliver friendly, professional and compassionate veterinary healthcare. Just like our new name suggests, we focus on maintaining our patients’ wellness in addition to treating their illnesses.

We strongly value our independence as it enables us to give the best advice that we can regarding pet health issues. We have a strong network of trusted veterinary specialists in many different fields that we use whenever circumstances require.

We feel that it is important to give a little back to the community. We do this by providing our services for a reduced cost to the Peninsula Animal Aid – a Moreton Bay Regional Shire charity – dedicated to providing care and new homes for the less fortunate pets in our society. We would encourage everyone to consider supporting this or any other animal charity.

Pet health number 1 priority, tests to rule things out, hopefully our girl is on the mend. Good vet.

They'll be seeing a lot more of us and our 2 dogs. Our local vet is great but they are not part of Best for Pets. Wellpets Kallangur is. I've only been once but we were able to get an appointment quickly. When we arrived we were seen quickly and there was a detailed examination of our dog. The medication provided has given almost instant results.

Best vet I've ever been too. Above and beyond, very gentle, caring and compassionate team. Super helpful with advice and correcting foods for my fat fluff ball doggo... not so fat now lol. My dog gets groomed by the vets every 6 weeks or so. He has anxiety and bites. Hes mean lol. Only they have the special magic to get him clipped and all prettied up. Other vets wouldn't touch him. Much appreciated.
