I first went there in an after hours emergency a while back and they were outstanding and reasonable prices. Added bonus was Japanese speaking vet my Japanese wife can easily communicate with. Receptionists always polite and helpful.
My cat was acting very strange, called the team at Balaclava and they organised a drop in appointment for me. It was easy and the staff were friendly. Dr Max is amazing. Thank you to everyone for making a stressful time that bit easier.
Great surgery been there for years also i dont need to go often as i do not vaccinate my animals. Good vets good prices night time after hrs the best price in town by 130 cheaper. Very caring surgery. I trust them although owners changed recently.
